I’m having trouble setting up my feeder?

Will the feeder only do 3 set times, I need 4?
The feeder will only do 3 set timed feeds.
 
Does the metal part of the helix fit into the hole on the black bit at the back?
No, it rests on the triangular protrusion and is rotated when the black dial rotates.
 
I have set up, but nothing came out at meal time?
Check the nozzle been primed (feed moved down the nozzle) as per instructions
 
What size food can be used?
The unit can be used with dry food with a maximum pellet size of 16mm
 
The food in nozzle is getting soggy/wet
We would advise raising the feeder higher, above water line
 
There is an F on the screen and I can’t set any times, is it faulty?
The feeder has been accidently put into Frequent Feed mode. Remove all batteries for approx. 10 minutes and then replace, or alternatively press and hold the ‘TIME’ and ‘FEED’ buttons together for 5 seconds.
 
How do I turn it off but keep the programmed settings?
Press and hold the UP and DOWN arrow buttons together until ‘OFF’ is displayed on the LCD, repeat to turn it back on
 
Is this product made from BPA free plastic?
The lid and base are made from polypropylene. This is a BPA free plastic
 
Can I get a replacement hopper/hopper lid/nozzle?
Yes, they are available on our website.
